Introducing the DMG Mori NLX2500 Twin Spindle Machine—Efficiency, Accuracy, and 24/7 Manufacturing

Our new DMG Mori NLX2500 Twin Spindle Lathe with Y Axis has arrived. This is a top of the line precision manufacturing Lathe with DMG Mori widely recognised as one of the best machine builders in the business.

With its twin spindle, parts are finished on the machine. This allows us to offer a quicker turnaround, improving efficiency and accuracy, with one touch. Plus, with its capacity to do lights out manufacturing, this means we can become more highly competitive in the marketplace.

The new DMG Mori can handle up to 80 diameter with bar feed, or up to an impressive 460mm billet. It has been purchased with robot interface so we can improve its performance beyond these metrics any time.
Take a look at the specifications.
Specifications
Max. workplace diameter 460mm
Max. workplace length 1,255mm
Max. bar capacity diameter 80mm
